By using this Site you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions following. Please read them carefully. Your usage of the Site indicates your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions. If you place an order with TUCK PLUMBING FIXTURES this also indicates your acceptance & understanding of these terms and conditions.

In no event shall TUCK PLUMBING FIXTURES, its Directors, Employees and Representatives be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to the products sold.

ABOUT DELIVERY
At TUCK PLUMBING FIXTURES we will fill your order as soon as possible, generally within 2-15 working day of order confirmation. All Custom order may have a lead time upto 6 weeks. If applicable, you will be charged a delivery fee over and above the cost of your order. These charges are dependant on the value of your order and may change from time to time.
ABOUT PAYMENT & PAYMENT METHODS
All prices quoted on the site are in Australia Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We accept Visa Card, Master Card & EFT. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
ABOUT REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. All items returned are subject to Approval. Please keep your proof of purchase. All Returns are to be shipped at your cost. All Online Promotions are Non-Refundable.
If you paid for your order by credit card, any refunds to you will be credited directly back to your credit card. If you paid by means other than credit card, TUCK PLUMBING FIXTURES will refund the amount via the same means.
FAULTY PRODUCT SUPPLIED
If you receive any faulty or damaged stock, please advise us within 48hrs from Delivery or Claims will not be accepted.
Any orders that you receive incorrectly through the fault of TUCK PLUMBING FIXTURES, will be replaced at no additional charge to you, or you can choose to receive a full refund of the initial charge.
DID YOU MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee being able to change the order.
WHAT IF WE ARE OUT OF STOCK?
If we do run out of something your have ordered, we will contact you via phone within 2 working days of receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated time when the product is expected to be back in stock.
At this time you can decide to:
- Keep the item on backorder, in which case as soon as the product is in store we will notify you;
- You can choose to take a refund on the amount (please see refund details above) or
- You can replace the product with another(s) to the same value if you wish.

No Warranty, Refunds or Exchanges on Ex-Display & Clearance items.

INFORMATION ERRORS ON THE SITE
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), TUCK PLUMBING FIXTURES shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled TUCK PLUMBING FIXTURES shall within 7 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. You agree any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in Western Australia.
